The following are the terms and conditions for the use of the Liberation Video website and it's related services. Please read this information carefully. Your use of this website indicates that you are bound by these terms and conditions. You should exit this website now if you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Liberation Video reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use without notice.
-Privacy
Without your expressed prior permission, Liberation Video will not share, trade, sell, or in any way divulge your personal information (including your purchase/rental history) to any outside parties, in strict accordance with U.S. law. For further information see our Privacy policy page.
-Copyrights & Trademarks
All content included on this site, (text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio/video clips or software) is the property of Liberation Video, Inc.or its content suppliers, and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and should not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
-Billing
Our current subscription rate is $12 per month. When you subscribe to Liberation Video, your credit card will be automatically charged the monthly fee. The first month of your subscription will be prorated with a minimum charge of $3.
- Rentals
Our rental policy is 4 DVD discs checked out at a time, once per month. A new set of 4 discs will be sent on (or about) the same day of the month that the last package was sent, or when the last package is returned, whichever is later.
Important Notice: It is the responsibility of the member to keep a list of video titles in their queue in order to receive videos. No videos will be shipped to the member if they do not have video titles listed in their queue. Liberation Video is not responsible for delays in delivery of specific video titles that may be checked out or otherwise unavailable. Members are advised to keep an adequate list of alternative video titles in their queue to avoid delays in rental delivery. Monthly membership fees will be charged until the member has requested that their membership be canceled, even when no videos have been ordered or shipped.
-Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Liberation Video by email, phone or mail. Liberation Video does not provide refunds or credit for any unused portion of the final month. After cancellation, you have 2 weeks to return any discs that you have checked out, after that, your credit card may be billed for the replacement cost of any unreturned discs.
-Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Liberation Video website and all of its contents are provided "as is". No representations or warranties of any kind are made with respect to the website or its contents, including, but not limited to warranties of non-infringement or merchantability. Liberation Video makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or correctness of any information on this website. Liberation Video and its affiliates and sponsors are not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising from the use of this website or any of it's contents. Some Hyperlinks on the our website lead to other websites that are not affiliated with or controlled by Liberation Video and we are not responsible for the content or policies of these Web sites. The views and opinions expressed in the videos offered by Liberation Video are those of the producers or participants of those videos, and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Liberation Video management or staff.
-Membership Account Access
In order to make account access easy, Liberation Video will place a cookie (a small text file) on any computer from which you access our website. The cookie will allow us to recognize you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification whenever you visit our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

There is no promise of present or future acknowledgement or compensation for the posting of reviews, discussions or other material by the users of Liberation Video's website. All such material becomes the nonexclusive property of Liberation Video. By posting to this website, you are granting Liberation Video a license to use, reproduce, revise or display such postings.
-Limitations on Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to Liberation Video. Our website content is for your personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified. All videos rented from this site are intended for home viewing only. A home being a private place of residence. These videos may not be shown in any school, church, place of business or any other public space. You may not charge admission or use these videos for any commercial purpose. Links may be provided on our website to other websites where you can find information on how to obtain videos for public exhibition. Any unauthorized use of this Web site will be grounds for terminating your membership.
-Termination of Usage
Liberation Video may terminate or suspend any user's access to our website or services, without notice, for any conduct that we believe to be in violation of any applicable law or may be harmful to the interests of other users, Liberation Video itself or any affiliates, sponsors, or service providers.
